Is this a stupid suggestion: MtGox could inlcude a signed comment with their own transaction id in every outgoing transaction. Wouldn't this prevent fraud?

I believe those are internal to the blockchain.info website -- not on the blockchain itself.

It also has the raw view of a transaction, here one that has a public note shown in blockchain.info
