I don’t have any money or coins with MtGox, but I do have an account and their general bullshittery is so offensive to me that I have written a formal complaint to the Japanese Financial Services Agency (http://www.fsa.go.jp/)  expressing my concern that they may be trading whilst insolvent and that they are holding customers property and money hostage with no apparent resolution in sight.  I don’t know if this is against the rules in Japan, but in most countries this would be frowned upon.

My question is really whether anyone knows of any other Japanese organisations that oversee Japanese companies that I could approach.  The swifter this is resolved the better in my opinion.
