can some one shed light on all my unconfirmed payments I received. I understood I am not alone and many have unconfirmed payouts

Hi Tornino, I'm looking into this now.

I am using BlockChains "send to many" API functionality, however I dont know how to specify not to send unconfirmed coins;

https://blockchain.info/api/blockchain_wallet_api

There must be a way, but I admit I have not been impressed with BlockChain's API over the past couple of hours...

Betek, if you send such large amount you will have to wait a bit longer. This has been the case in every ponzi that there has been until now. If you start spamming this topic you will only chase potential new players away and then it will take even longer... Just be patient Smiley
Actually I think insdice.us paid every single one in order.

I looked for oldest unconfirmed transaction. https://blockchain.info/tx/2ab55b583f7b1064060622e17f13c06b47dc11b0f9df3cd0439a0e8d4bb7dc3f
It says "Estimated Confirmation Time    42 minutes
Warning: Transaction fee is less than recommended".

The problem seems to be caused by the input coins still being unconfirmed;

https://blockchain.info/tx/b1bd2b8360759094533272de488b44fd64eb3d83f5d1d9ddb6e1565baa1ef362

I'm looking into this, but I'm unsure as to how I specify via the BlockChain API to only send confirmed coins. There doesnt seem to be that option in their documentation which is strange.

This has snowballed now causing payouts to stop as there are a limited number of "confirmed" coins left in the wallet.

Note: I've also increased the TX fee from "normal" to "generous" for future TXs

Sorry about this guys, there are always teething trouble in something new, I'll keep everyone informed of my progress!

thanks for explaining. in this case it would have been better to know all what you know now from the start because I am sure that many investors (incl me) stopped investing. and this hurts your model of ponzi

Absolutely, this was never intentional, as mentioned we hoped to be the longest serving ponzi game, and hopefully we still can. Where possible, I am manually paying out the oldest deposits with the remaining wallet balance, and as soon as the older transactions start to clear, hopefully we will have a cause to the above.

Sorry again guys, hopefully it's a quick fix!

Great news!

There are a couple of old deposits which are yet to confirm and were sent out in payments, so those entire transactions are still pending. Hopefully they will clear soon.

I am working on some logic to try ensure this doesnt happen again Smiley

I'm glad you're enjoying the game Smiley

The delay was probably caused by the above problems. Once the older transactions confirm, it should have a knock on affect to subsequent deposits which are still waiting to be confirmed too and we'll be able to pay out.

It's just a waiting game, but please rest assured that the payout script is still running every 5 minutes, and will process payments as soon as these older funds have confirmed.

There's also the fact that payback delays will increase in time. There's no way around this.
The number of new deposits required to pay out previous deposits increases exponentially in time.
The deposit right after your deposit will NOT be sufficient to pay you out. This is only the case for the first few deposits.

explanation:
01. in=100 out=0 bank=100
02. in=100 out=125 bank=75
03. in=100 out = 125 bank = 50
04. in=100 out=125 bank = 25
05. in=100 out=125 bank=0
06. in=100 out=0 bank = 100  DELAY=1
07. in=100 out=125 bank = 75 DELAY=1
08. in=100 out=125 bank = 50 DELAY=1
09. in=100 out=125 bank=25 DELAY=1
10. in=100 out=125 bank = 0 DELAY=1
11. in=100 out=0 bank=100 DELAY=2
12. in=100 out=125 bank=75 DELAY=2
...

For those interested, this appears to be the problematic transaction holding things up;

https://blockchain.info/tx/2ab55b583f7b1064060622e17f13c06b47dc11b0f9df3cd0439a0e8d4bb7dc3f

I assume what has happened is;
1) Transaction fee too low, taking an age to confirm
2) Recipients have reinvested their (unconfirmed) share of the above transaction
3) Future payouts have used the above unconfirmed coins in future transactions
...
Rinse and repeat.

I have increased the TX fee option to "generous" which will hopefully stop this in the future and altered the payment logic somewhat to try only use confirmed coins in future payouts.

Sorry for the slow down guys, we should be back in business soon!!

Hi Betek, I'm still here and dont worry, I arent going anywhere. We have a few problems at the moment, but as soon as this TX has confirmed (https://blockchain.info/tx/2ab55b583f7b1064060622e17f13c06b47dc11b0f9df3cd0439a0e8d4bb7dc3f) we should be back to normal.

Sorry for the slow down, we're working hard to ensure this doesnt happen again.
