In the last days I made many BTC withdrawals, there were some delays on most of them, but they were all processed. The problem is that one of them did never show on the blockchain and I didn't recieve it, even though the BTC was taken from my balance and the withdrawal was processed.

As can be seen here https://blockchain.info/address/1KF6bkyFnm2LFF2KW8Ni1Q6hpsvGMC1mM1 the 1.2 BTC transaction is missing.

It's hash is 8ad6668f1ba12d1cde76accca5eed21e53747dc05ff00ec8399147f1bba343af  - can't be found.

I wrote to their support, they said that I should wait the BTC block to resync. 2 days ago. Found their QQ support accounts, only one answered but in chinese and with google translate we couldn't understand well each other.

Does anybody else have the same problem? I just keep waiting but I'm losing hope that the transaction will be completed.

So what do you do, and how long have you been waiting?

I had many delayed withdrawals before, but after they were processed I could always find the transaction at blockchain so I knew they were sent. Now with no transaction they seem like they have disappeared.

Same problem here, made a withdrawal on the 11th, and its still not in the blockchain. Mailed support but no answer.
No more Bter trading until this is resolved.

Not showing up on blockchain for me either, keep emailing them.  If I don't get it back I have a coworker who does seo and only thing I can do is make sure everyone knows bter steals bitcoins.

They replied me that they would fix my problem by monday. I'll update here with the result.
LasseKongo and jedisurfer, post here your results too. Hopefully they will be good.

RESULTS:
I wrote them to see why I still don't have my money, and they tried to convince me that everything was ok in my account. I don't know if they haven't understood my problem or just tried to make a fool of me, but after a series of 5-6 e-mails I finally received my bitcoins as a refund.
So it was not easy, but the most important thing is that now I have my money back. So, thanks BTER, I'll keep trading at your site.

I hope that the other two fellows also have good results.

Forgot to update, I finally got my BTC back after the fourth mail to support. Not really impressed
with their service, but I will give them another chance.
