Help! - Do i Buy Buy Buy?

I need some help please, I want to buy some Bitcoins on Localbitcoins.com but not sure how things work exactly.
With all the bad news in Bitcoin i figure this is the time to buy, But with no money ready on exchanges i cant just buy them from an exchange.
So i took a look at local bitcoins and looked at how many bitcoins i could get for £5000 , I could get 21.7 Bitcoins at about £237 per Bitcoin.
That sounds pretty good to me seeing as last week they were double that?
The price though seems to beslighlty changing on localbitcoins.com and the seller accepts cash and is in the same city as me, So no problems meeting him and paying for my coins (Making sure i dont get scammed in the process).
Do you think at £237 per Bitcoin this is a good deal? or should i try and find them cheaper elsewhere?
I'm a believer in Bitcoin i already own some and now i want more. In 5 years time boom or bust i will still be here
Any advice on the site/price or what i should be doing etc would be much welcomed.

According to Preev they're £454. http://preev.com/btc/gbp/source:localbitcoins so if you can get them for £237 then that's a very good deal. If you believe in Bitcoin then should buy them at this low.

Now is the time to buy.  But don't buy in all at once.  Budget yourself to buy in all the way down to $100 or lower.

Don't cry if it goes lower, celebrate... and buy more.

Nothing is fundamentally wrong with Bitcoin.  Buy before the lemmings figure that out.

Bitcoin is going to trade around 250 soon, I would wait if I were you, I've sold all my coins, sitting on the bench now.
