on phoenix miner, I'm running on nvidia geforce 210 and use btc guild.  is this normal? it's been more than 10 minutes already.

'941 Khash per sec' your probably will get about at the most 10 shares accepted per day. a couple of hours per share. you might want to check out https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison you will need at least 150-200Mhash per sec to make it worth the cost of running your system.

Mining with a Geforce 210 is pointless - you'll make something like .02 BTC in one month! That's about $0.08 - in an entire month - your power costs will far exceed this amount.

Your procesing power is to slow to generate a share in a specific perios of time
