The SEC's page is accepting comments on the new ETF proposal. This time ordered by the Van Fund. But so far, the comments are Derp. They're just making the proposal look stupid. In fact, it leaves the impression that the whole community is.
Please, if you believe you are able to convince the SEC to accept the ETF proposal leave a constructive and well-grounded comment demonstrating a view that perhaps no one else has about Bitcoin technology.

It is very simple, fast and they even accept anonymous comments.

Do you really think this makes sense? This structure is created to protect the finances and interests of the world's richest people and their corporations. It was created precisely for this purpose. Of course, this is not written on every corner.

You can use this form as much as you want, but it will not affect the result in any way. There is a very large game and we are pawns in it.

most of those who want ETF don't even know what ETF is. they just want it because they think it can start a rally and they want the downtrend to end. they just click on that link posted on reddit, ... and spam there.
others may not even want ETF or care about it one bit. i personally don't care but also i wished it never started because i think it is the reason for the prolonged downtrend.
also i agree with above poster, these comments don't matter at all. SEC will make its decision regardless of these comments.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I think some of these people have also not even considered the bad impact that a Bitcoin ETF might have on the Bitcoin market. Now, suddenly massive amounts of fiat money enters the scene and this money is backed by greedy Wall street investors and hedge funds.

These people could care less if Bitcoin succeeds in the long-term, they are just concerned with the short-term gains. They will buy & sell and dump huge amounts of cash and coins at any sign of bad news and it will crash the price.  Roll Eyes

Whether we want it or not, but ETF will be accepted. It's a matter of time, big uncles started the game ...

I'm not confident that it will be accepted / approved.

These comments that are on the SEC page really has no way to contribute with their decision.

I think these comments are worthless in making a decision
Large institutions have their own decision-making mechanism
So far I see the effect of ETF Is a negative effect.

What is the significance of your comment?? Does it even related to the OP? Your comments is not making any sense with respect to the thread content. Or am I not able to understnd your hidden meaning?

OP, can you please elaborate this matter? I am willing to share comments to SEC but what does that file number for the rule means?? Can you please explain for my better understanding?
