i do have 1 question that has worried me of late, what happens if you get DDOSed, all of the sudden none of the cat traders will work, is there some way soon we can get a full copy of cat ot run on our computers so we dont have to worry about that.

It was the first question i ask John/Vern after the second auction. They tell me no problem about it (and number of copies).
CAT doesn't work like a DDOS program, it makes a lookup every 40 seconds (each markets).
CAT Makes only API Call. A Single User, using Cryptsy site directly, with only 1 page refresh, request a lot more resource of 2-3 CAT programs.

cat has to talk to your computer to calculate the trades correct,  or does the whole program exist on my computer and i only have to talk to cryptsy to make a trade?

Hihih no server or something similar, only a Local Desktop Application that Communicate via API with Cryptsy Site
