yes as i know it's showing on analytics, they are real traffic provided by site members.
but it's not safe for google adsense, i use it on other ad networks but google adsense is very smart so you can't use traffic exchange sites with it.

alexa is working good and safe while we don't have adsense code on page we use for boost-up..
