Unsold tokens during pre-sale & ICO will be burned to decrease initial WILL supply, therefore favoring token holders.
So this 3 billions $ market cap is a best case scenario, where all WILL tokens are sold, a very improbable scenario.

But I'd suggest you to explain this approach clearly and in good sight since many potential investors may feel puzzled the same way, since it is not common to start with such a huge supply.
