hahaha you right my friend  i guess the green fibers contain traces of other goodies (like cocaine) too. so i might be in for one hell of a high! now i have to write an IOU note to the government for lost $50 ($100 plus the restocking fee) |

FYI: The Fed used to burn old bills that had become unusable, but the EPA made them stop because the ink they use is full of heavy metals including arsenic. Anyone dumb enough to smoke a fed note pretty much deserves what they get. |
