You could say that the new deposit get 200% if no one else deposit in 24h, that will bring a few deposits or try a promotion : 150% for those depositing in the next 24h

Gotta invest more since he had to pay out the big investor but as you can see the payment isn't confirming. Something's very fishy about it.
