What happens if someone copies sig code for phishing

Hello guys!
Just want to get interested in following, also don't know if there was similar fact or not, let's start (imagine bitmixer.io is alive):
1. What happens when someone decides to run signature campaign, absolutely with original code of bitmixer.io's signature and hires people to wear it with phishing link ( you know some will do shit for money and in this situation imagine both, real bitmixer and phishing one runs signature campaign).
Will administration/moderators ban phishing signature campaign users? Or only red trust?
2. Imagine same scenario but without phising signature's ANN thread and everything happens via PM/Telegram chat. For example random 20 user wears bitmixer's sig code with phisher website's link. What will administration/moderators do in this situation?

Case 1: The thread starter would be negged by DT members and would be banned(possibly). The users won't get negged or banned, its hard to identify phishing links in signatures, and lot of them don't know what that means.

Case 2: If the users know about the phishing links, they'll be banned and negged.

Everything is subjective here, it depends on a case by case scenario.

I don't think it makes difference wether user knowing or not knowing about the phishing link since there's a legal priciple saying that "a person who unaware of law may not escape liability for violating that law merely because one was unaware of it's content"

Members should take responsibility for their signatures. Promoting a product in your signature implies that you know the product and believe in it. If it is a scam, then people will think of you as a scammer, and that can tarnish your reputation for a long time. A scam signature in a know alt will tarnish the primary account as well.

It seems that most members rush into a sig rental scheme without bothering to make any checks, but just see the promised payments for promoting an inferior product. The saddest part is that many scamming promoters scam their affiliates as well. In this case you have killed your reputation for no financial gain.

Speaking of scam, what is that shitcoin scam in your signature? are you now into shitcoin mining business? I don't see anybody caring about wearing chipmixer signatures, while we all know that mixers are involved with money laundering for criminals and or possibly terrorists. they want the money first.
Remember even if you are unaware of something it doesn't give you a free pass by the law.

Interesting question. I think in both situations it is necessary to ban or to paint the trust in red because in both situations violated the forum rules.

I think Theymos made it very clear that user is responsible for what user is advertising in signature.
Actually user should do investigation that user is not promoting phishing links, scam or fake ICO.

One bounty campaign specially caught my eyes.

The gain ICO is promising in website that surely looked ponzi (not sure, but remember that they were promising double your money in 45 days).
But still so many people joined this bounty campaign and a legendary member taken the responsibility of its bounty management.

What about the users who participated in this campaign and about the manager?

PS: I think it is time we need to write the guidelines of Bounty campaign management too.
