Hello the fee will be same for all services, since most masternodes have the same requirements there is no need to set different fees. we will adjust the fee to the actual worth of the node but this will be specified in the whitepaper.

What I knew is staking weight depends of coins used for staking and stakesplitthreshold stakers setup for staking.
