My altcoins are currently going down. I am still holding INS coin and I don't know what to do.

the prospect of today's INS coin is very good, I see that Coin INS is developing its coin in several places, such as Fork and others. as well as develop ecosystemnya to several markets, such as grocery markets and so forth.

It's better to hold your stake in the altcoins or even increase your stake.  They will surely yield multiple returns,  It easier for a good altcoin to give you 10x than  bitcoin. Good projects like INS will surely give a good return with time.

A lot of people are saying we are overdue for money to flow back out of bitcoin and into alts as this has been the recurring trend.  I agree with this analysis as the trend is too strong to ignore.  However, for meaningful progress to be had in alts there has to be meaningful results.  That is, we have to see real revenue, real business value, real products, real innovation.  There are just too many new coins out there that simply tell us what exchange they are on next or what new and hot algorithm they are forking too.  While these are fundamental as well to success they also cannot leave out the business value that must be there.  All the major heavyweights in crypto have this type of business value.

You need to hold some alts don't put all eggs in one basket, There are legit ones. Better keep digging some altcoins to invest. The more the merrier.
But talking about INS i think you can earn some profit if Bull run takes place.

Just keep on holding those coins. The market is getting better as days pass by. The key is patience and consistency. Just wait maybe for a few months and the market will get a lot greener than June's market depression. There are great news in crypto right now.

my $60K worth of altscoins are going down. but i have zero fear about it and buying lot more good alts in dips. dont worry. this is really a normal thing in crypto market and you will make good profit in upcoming bull run

You are doing your best to hold altcoins that you have. The market is quite bad for now. But, your altcoins will yield a profit to you. Don't make panic sale because of decrease in prices, just be patient and let your hair down. You will win.
