this what you can see in your transaction but in block tab you can see pool found a block from 400 to 420   where others block Coins goes ?? you won't see this problem every time but i have seen most of the time

You only get paid for the blocks that you put shares into. If the block was found quickly or has a low amount of shares when block was found and you have a low hash rate then most likely you didn't put shares into it so you don't get any coins from that block.

When you see Accepted ........................ , it is now too late to solo

Well, at least now you know but since the difficulty is up to 7.29078331 your chances to solo a mine a block are very slim unless you got a lot a hashing power.

Is's because you don't get a share in those blocks. There a 800+ miners on there.

Having trouble syncing wallet... added the .conf file to appdata/roaming and have waited 10 minutes + but still nothing.

We use PPLNS on all of our pools. Not once have we ever cheated our users nor will we ever.

The minimum share difficulty is 64. If you aren't submitting shares in every round, you can not expect to be paid for every round.
