Which system do you mean?
New system with Merit, sMerit, etc.
I thought, that this system have always been here, i'm new here a bit
Yes, this system appeared this year and not many people were happy about it
How did the system look before? No merit?
Yes, there was no Merit, you only needed to make posts here and raise your own activity at forum
So, you mean now I need Merit to increase my rank?

what kind of risks can be in during your project?
Standard non-repayment risk. This risk is based on  the failure  to repay  funds on  the part of  any  participant of  the financial exchange. The basis of  this risk is failure  to  verify  documents or  identify  fraud deals on  the part of  funds recipient.

Also financing of  illegal activities or  money  laundering and other  criminal activities. Theoretically,  the oender  can oer  funds  without repayment and  thus provide a possibility  of  funds obtaining instantly  without control. Risk basis - a  possibility  of  online confirmation of  documents and lack of verification of  their  compliance. Measures - cooperation  with law  enforcement agencies  when it comes  to specific operations, reflection of  it in statistics and  the user  agreement.

YouGive's automation problem to reduce the time and fees for the two sides makes the project more attractive. But does this feature make it difficult for smart contracts to impose factors that bind responsibility among borrowers completely different all over the world?
Smart-contracts are more about providing transparency of deal, other participants of which guarantee responsibility of borrowers
Smart deals deal with issues quickly, safely and transparently. But how do other participants in it ensure the responsibility of the borrower?
