As my previous post says above, 75% is the rate im looking to pay.
600$ - 25% = 450$ is what i can pay you max.
You need to provide valid proof of ownership (where you got the card).
Perfect will be receipt.
If you cannot provide any valid proof of ownership, people selling that kind of cards without proofs for 20% of their real value around.
