you can try to read and start with this and this . so that you can even try, even a little project that i think is solid, but im not forcing you to join/participate in if you think this is not worth, you have a right to study first.

Advise any team can only be a professional or someone who gets a stable profit on cryptocurrency. To get into such a team is quite difficult, in this case, one investment is not enough.

I don't think low and high market caps will change the situation. Consider BTC, it has the largest market cap than all the coins but it is the best coin. So I think what to consider is whether their products are promising and achievable.

You can give a trial to CYFM. It is already listed. It has a working product and an established firm. So it is genuine and will serve the purpose of good investment. It has a child token called MFTU, amd i have invested into both.
