I can only imagine. But how can he scam with Paypal? I thought the buyer assumes all risk?

he opened a paypal with fake docs and is ready to withdraw as soon as you send. the paypal balance will go negative when you will chargeback but he doesn't care i think since he's not even in an authorized country.  Grin
or he will ask you to send as gift and try to win dispute.

Seems legit! xD

Let me guess: not going first and no escrow. Not even with John K. , cause you have been scammed and bullied and whatnot ;9

I was scammed this way the very first day I joined the board. It goes as follows: someone creates a new account, offers BTCs for sale at an alluring price (even Paypal is accepted), then asks you to go first. Bottom line is they will never send you anything. Perhaps OP is willing to go first.

Under construction.

Why is tomatocage leaving warnings like "Use escrow when dealing with this user." on the OP's trust page before even making a trade?  I thought that was for confirmed scamming
