If I think the current market movement is all Altcoin follow Bitcoin price movement. Maybe we need a traditional exchange if we want to see different market reactions in cryptocurrancy. I strongly believe when Bitcoin increases, the other smaller Altcoin will also increase due to the fact that some of them we see.

I think yes, the first reaction of altcoins is to drop after a bitcoin spike. But yesterday, bitcoin rose and the alts rose with it. So it won't always follow this pattern. During the bull markets back in december and january, alts were running wild even without btc rising.

When the price of bitcoin is increasing a lot and then the price of altcoin will be following it (USD terms) It will not likely to jump a lot on the bitcoin price because in fact the bitcoin is so strong to the altcoin right now.
