Instead on making this basic proposal, you didnt even bother to post up your recent,current or previous projects that you had handled as you say.
Verbal things wont really be considered as valid and by the way as a project owner why would i entrust my project to an unknown and unexperienced manager?

Good question, thanks. If you are Bounty manager - of course you can do all the job by yourself.
But my proposal is for any users from Crypto community.
About ICOs - it's personal choice of each users to participate in Bounty/ Drops or not.
