There's a limitation though:

It's ok to trade BTC unless foreign currencies are also offered for exchange.

There's a limitation though:

It's ok to trade BTC unless foreign currencies are also offered for exchange.

For bitcoin exchanges, why bother with offering foreign currencies trade anyway?

Likewise, none of the Chinese exchange use USD or other currencies either.
