My account hacked and email changed

Yesterday night I got a mail regarding password change but that was not requested by me and after a short while I got another mail from bitcointalk regarding change of my email , that was a hackers attack and after that I am not able to access my account I dont know how to contact you so I created a new account with same email which is : bhaminihk2011@gmail.com . PS: It is very important that you lock the account so that the hacker can not change any content you have posted especially any bitcoin address you posted from your main account. DO it ASAP.

thanks for your reply and advice and I already clicked the link that I got in my email that said to click if I not requested to change the email to lock my account in 14 days and I didnt posted my bitcoin address any where.
But can you suggest me how can I get back my account early because I read in that link given by you that they want my bitcoin address or sign in message to verify my account and I have nothing else.
I  am innocent and I am suffering of locking my account because of hackers attack .
pls suggest me good way to recover my account.

OMG! I was hacked by the same I.P address, too. I was in the verge of panic when I browsed the messages in my gmail account and saw that there was a change in my password and my account using a "yopmail account" or a temporary account. I was about to lock my account but I thought of an idea and luckily, I was able to recover my account.



How did I recover my account?

1. Check the new email address that was used in your hacked account. Since it is a temporary email, you can access it.
2. Log-in to your account using the "forgot password" setting. An email from the forum will be sent to the "hacker's temporary account." You can use it to access your account once more, change your password and add secret question and everything.
3. Once you regain full access of your account, delete all the messages of the forum in the hacker's account so he cannot "lock your account or whatsoever.

You need to find a previously used coin address from an unaltered post and has some age to it. 1-2 weeks probably will not be accepted. BTC is what is normally used, I have seen a few alt. coin addresses used.
What is accepted:
" A Bitcoin address or PGP key is associated with the account only if the account posted the key/address, sent it in a PM, or if it is still listed in the account's profile." The account profile address will have to be shown to have been there for some time.

You then need to sign a message with that address as the above link requires.
As the sticky says:
"I very rarely recover accounts if you can't prove ownership as described above. There are alternative ways of proving ownership, but they take too much time."

Even if you had SOLID proof, it will take some time; weeks, months, years.

I am reading your replies in Meta section about my account hacked ,sir thanks for your replies but sir I  can give you my one post that have my bitcoin address described and further what to do sir?

  Sir I have created my new account from which I am now chating and created a thread about my account hacked , that is same email ID which I created old one. I just use same email to prove that My email hacked and old account also mine , hacker changed my password and then he changed my email id too.

  Sir is this will create any problem to recover my account??

If you use any sort of Google email service, then the password recovery email will go to your spam folder.

If you want us to recover a hacked/lost account, you need to prove that you own it. Typically, the only acceptable method of proving ownership is by signing a message (including current date and desired new email address) using a Bitcoin address or PGP key associated with the account. A Bitcoin address or PGP key is associated with the account only if the account posted the key/address, sent it in a PM, or if it is still listed in the account's profile.

I very rarely recover accounts if you can't prove ownership as described above. There are alternative ways of proving ownership, but they take too much time. If I point you to this thread, you can't prove ownership properly, and then I ignore your future PMs, this means that I'm not going to recover your account. Create a new one.

Send one PM to Cyrus. If Cyrus doesn't respond after two weeks, you can try sending a PM to me instead. When sending a PM, use a template like this:

Here you used BTC addresses in Jan 2018, which is 6 months back. Now I quoted this msg, so hacker can't change it. Also use to archive this page for future reference also. Now sign the required Message using your BTC address as stated by Adminn THEYMOS in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0.
Example: My account helin9108 has been hacked/lost. Please reset the email to <your new email id>. The current date is <date when u sign a message>.
