Pundi X looks like a project that has that purpose, they aim to facilitate users in buying and using Crypto with Pundi XPOS solution

I remember Paycentos (PYN) project I took part in - their motto is Bridging the gap between cryptocurrencies and fiat. They provide their own debit card allowing to spend crypto wherever and whenever you want. And also Saifu project -they provide a very secure bridge (powered by Thales!) between crypto and fiat currencies that enables individuals, businesses and banks to seamlessly add cryptocurrencies to their everyday operations and smoothly transition to the digital economy.

Tenx, Monaco, Tokenpay, smartcash, gifto and many more. But as far as i know non of them have released the product that can be used by our community or even the investors itself.
I could say that the only project that has released its product are only tenx, OMG and CRPT.

I want to believe that we will see a good and universal product that will be useful for the entire crypto community. I know an interesting project, ICO, which recently ended and whose team is planning a ready product in the near future and announce it (crypto exchange, bank transfers to the accounts of European banks, exchange for FIAT, lending and much more). OAX is partly about that bridge, it will maybe first decentralized exchange with mant fiat gateways. Since it brings the best of the c.e. It will be the safest and best exchange.

It's a scam project and i suggest you never tried their service. Just search about spectrocoin accusation thread about CEO of bankera has stolen so many bitcoins from the users. Just try to use the other app is much better than it. This based on my experience.
