You are a brand new account, with an activity of 0 (look to the left of your post). So, you won't be eligible for the free bitcoin until you hit 30 (which usually takes a 2-4 weeks being on the forum). We have this restriction to prevent cheating (by creating new accounts over and over again). I am not accusing you of this, just giving a reason for the policy.
