I am waiting on a refund too. Have posted in the threads, pm bob and emailed the support email but still heard nothing back.

put me back on the list as of yesterday, requested my order 778 5 shares to be refunded.
Still have two orders with DZ, one for R17 another 7 shares and one for R18 - 8 shares.

I got an email from Matt on March 14 that my order for 12 shares had been canceled and a cheque would be going out. I still have not received a check and my emails to support@minersource.net have been ignored. Is my money and shares both gone now?  |

Well it seems that refunds have slowed again .
Maybe bob can drop us a line of info. also somewhere some place it all these refund posts bob did mention he would halt refunds when a working piece of gear is created.
As far as I know refunds are still allowed. Hey bob (aka Matt) whats up?

Matt posted somewhere why the refunds slowed down, just can't find it but I'll post it here. A combination of things caused it, Inside Bitcoin in New York + changing banks + Microcenter Refunds should resume today. |

Set of refund checks went out today, with more to follow tomorrow and Monday. BTC Refunds that were waiting should be sent within the next hour.
We are at about ~60% refunded shares. I really with people would just have a little patience, I am not going anywhere with your money. Live has been very busy and I want to make sure everyone who wants a refund gets their refund.

Come on bobsag3... I've been very patient, but you have told me 3 times since the beginning of March that the refund check will go out tomorrow. What am I supposed to think when it never comes??? Has it been sent? will it be sent? Likewise. Just how patient do you expect your customers to be, bobsag? 1month? 2months? 3months? Meanwhile we have lost the opportunity cost of btc tied up that could have been otherwise invested in productive ventures, not 'jam tomorrow' as promised by you. |

"Refunds for R17 ended on May 1st. A refund may be possible after Black Arrow ships if there are enough requests from R17 to refund a full unit, however at this time it cannot be completed."

I have dragged this thread back up in an effort to finish off all of round 17 group buy of Dz Coop.
Minersouce bob Dz and thomas did this group buy and due to the wonderful efforts of Black Arrow lots of us got crushed.
A lot of people were refunded but to this day there are requests for refunds. So I figured maybe I could reorganize this thread.
