Bought CS:GO there yesterday but after I refreshed the page as instructed the shop just says "ERROR: transaction does not exist!". Even though I can see that the URL I was redirected to contains the transaction ID 586325cdc01264f87996308bb34dfcb862cd4b8fd2a6768e091a86c1d0b10f34 which indeed does exist. Sent an e-mail regarding my problem over 24 hours ago and no response. Meanwhile the sale is over and the price has doubled again  If I can't get it for the sale price anymore: can I at least get my BTC back please? |

I've bought multiple games from Martok, and everything went fine. I think you're just unlucky that he's AFK now, but I'm sure you will be fine if he has received the BTC. |

Just so it doesn't appear in the wrong light here: I got the PM and we could sort it out. It was a bit unfortunate that first the website checkout hasn't worked and afterwards my mail asking for support hasn't arrived either.
