They will be send (as a gift) to your e-mail account, from which you can redeem it on any Steam account. (Correct me if I am not wrong).

It's a paid source called BitShop. It's in their footer so you would have known that if you looked.

That's right. Although there are some exceptions to that rule: some games are limited to a specific region of the world on Steam. So, if you've got a game for Europe, you won't be able to pay it if you're in the USA and got a USA - account.  But I don't think many games do have such restriction.

Just to be clear, all games on my site can be activated in any country, with one exception: Wolfenstein: The New Order can't be activated in Germany. If any other games with such restrictions are added in the future, it will be clearly stated on the game's page.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm currently working on a way for users to more easily request games that aren't listed on the site, and I should be able to extend it to the community market so that in-game items can be requested as well. Meanwhile, you can always request items from me directly.
