Following the announcement of Coinbase intentions to pursue Stellar Lumens and to look into making this coin a part of its fiat-to-crypto portfolio. This has both given XLM added validity in the crypto community and knocked its biggest competitor, XRP, a couple of notches down.


Stellar Lumens is currently the 7th largest coin with a total market value over $4B and average daily trading volume about $50 million and is trading at $0.219 according to coinmarketcap.com.

With the announcement of Coinbase pursuing Stellar Lumens and Cardano’s ADA, the void for a high supply, low priced cryptocurrency will have been filled ahead of a potential XRP listing.

Stellar Network recently announced their collaboration with one of the world’s most popular money transferring companies called Tempo.

The two entities will be working together to create a new cryptocurrency payment network. Tempo wants to establish itself as the leader in this upcoming industry and a partnership with Stellar will definitely help.

XLM will be used as the base currency for its payment network, which will be able to process 600,000 transactions for a fee as low as $0.01.

Yes and Coinbase by officially declaring they are soon going to support these coins, they let the market to speculate.
Coinbase declared they are Exploring Cardano, Basic Attention Token, Stellar Lumens, Zcash, and 0x which resulted in sharp growth of those tokens.

Small rise might be enough for the moment, still positive when some good news like this are spreading around and mostly it can project some speculations that value will rise hi after some day, better keep on checking might not happen right away but if this  materialized right away, then we will see the impact after, making some more observations with how the market behave and how traders will act to this plan.

It will be very fun if, after two weeks of studying the coins, the exchange will refuse to add them to its platform. I think they will immediately lose everything they have gained over these days.

I really believe the United States authorities should investigate the tweets. Coinbase, a US based company, shouted to the world they were starting to analyze adding those coins and later they said they meant nothing at all. So why announcing it at the first place? Pure market manipulation. Criminal, I'd say. I refrain from using Coinbase from now on and suggest we take the same kind of actions, so that they don't benefit freely from such a crime.
