- I'd prefer 13.5 hashrate models.
- I would prefer PSUs with them but is not a requirement.

What's wrong with it?

Most peeps would rather hold on until Bitmain runs out of stock (they already did for 13-13.5 th models), then used miners will increase in price.

I'm not looking for the newer investor into bitcoin I'm looking at the folks that are looking to down scale there operations or looking to get out of mining after they have made a profit so the price of there miners are not such a burden. As for price depends on what the seller is wanting to let them go for as these are not new machines.
