Correct me if I'm wrong, (and I can't log into check right now) but didn't Gox get rid of the USD code? I thought all the exchanges got rid of it because it violates money laundering laws. no?

in the deposit section on mtgox i see usd code. so i want to buy it so i can deposit

Yea, I think that is only there for those who have not yet "used the code"...

Might be able to swindle one off someone... but be real cautious about it potentially not working.
