Joseph, if you have a genuine proposition and have information and hard facts to back it up, there are people within this forum that will absolutely listen to what you have to say. Just be a little more transparent and give us a little insight as to what it is that you propose, so we as adults can distinguish whether this is genuine or just a pipe dream. You don't need to put a full whitepaper on here, but some decent information will help your cause greatly!  |

You can also move this to the Services board instead of Bitcoin Discussion board, there is no relation between a new project which may lead to an altcoin ICO investment to a discussion related to bitcoin.
