Seems like this is the default wiki for bitcoin so why do they advertise so many scams? An example of how horrible their pages are:

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison

So many obvious scam companies and missing many legit ones.

Anyone know someone who can edit the page?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Anyone can create an account and edit pages. That's why so many new accounts, adding all that scam companies recently. View page history.
Pages like this should be somehow locked and edited only with proven data.

Luke-jr is trying to edit some obvious scams.

Low level scams are getting sophisticated Smiley

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)
Hashfast.org - Wiki for screwed customers
