I want to try daytrading because as I see, just buying something and holding is not profitable anymore. I am not new in crypto, however never tried daytrading.
I plan to begin with a very small amount at first for practice and then increase with time.

Actually that is a great idea. Yes day trading is very risky and profitable too. But your not a newbie here. I hope you will invest in the right way. So i am just using binance platform. Because this is really safe and secured and mobile application is user friendly

I think there are many exchange platforms that you can enter, hitbtc, poloniex, bittrex, etc. with a small capital of course that is suitable for trading is a coin with a low price, so that the coins earned more. such as dogecoin, nxt, stq, etc. This allows you to earn more profit if you sell it at the right time.

yes many exchange platforms are available for we can choose and use them as day trading , that is Hitbtc poloniex bittrex and Binance, and there is also altcoin for you to buy, and you can choose one to trade your day, even though I am a newcomer here but I often read and read and do research on this forum, for what coin you have to buy, it depends on your own.

platform for daytrading and good for smartphone i will suggest Poloniex, they have high volume daily trading activity and they support mobile browser. i heard they have their own app too. and the coins is old coins that already listed on long time

You are right, poloniex and binance are one of the trusted exchange right now that can do day trading, so better to use them both so you can personally compare their differences, day trading is a good opportunity for those who are risk taker, and if I just have ample time, I would also love to do day trading, as I know it is a big help for most people.

Day trading is very profitable depending on the person if what kind of coin he is using, investing or selling your coins in the right time will really make you rich in this industry.

It maybe or maybe not. Just because bitcoin added $1000 in value doesn't mean the bull run has kicked off. The volumes aren't even encouraging enough so It's safe to say day trading might still be a good thing. Considering most people are shorting alts for BTC. Because I'm sure of one thing, If there's a bull run, It'll surely run into alts. So he stands a better chance.

Ethereum might be your best choice for now. 2 digits to 3 digits of USD fluctuatiom happens here in just weeks. If you want daily profit then it could happen also as long as you know where and when it will stop.

Right now it is playing at 500 USD which already did a 50 USD change.
That is day trade. You buy more Ethereum you gain more of that USD. But be careful on how you are doing it. Do not let emotions take over. If you are a trader then always have that mind set of profit and only that. Dont get too attached.

There are lots of platforms to begin with just like Poloniex and Bittrex, even Bitfinex. But why take chances with your money when you can simply go and learn it? You shouldn’t be doing practice when you haven’t learnt anything, you practice what you learn and not what you never learn. So search for a way to learn day trading before you jump into it or have patience and continue with Hodling.

starting with a small amount is a good idea, you can do papertrading at first, for example at tradingview for free Never tried trading fomr my smartphone though.

I think it could be so difficult for you to start day trading in your situation, if i were you, you should focus first on researching and studying about short term investment (day trading) before you start on it. Because it really takes so much risk if you are lack of knowledge on it, and it leads you to lose a lot of money instead of earning.

I agree it is difficult to start.
As far as I understood from reading about trading, technical analysis is not working with the crypto market, so I can't figure out what knowledge I need for prediction of short-term price movements, it looks more like a gamble.

I think you are doing something wrong in your investment,you need to buy something which have good potential and just hold it will give more profits in the future,not all coins going to make you reaps.But day trading is not a way to earn in long term if you calculate the profits it is pretty much same as hold but the effort is different.But if you still wish to go for trading find the coin which is suitable for you and then pick the exchange where it has best price.

If you are asking a platform or a mobile app where you can do daytrading, I suggest binance because in my experience they got a good android app. Now if you are asking for coins that you can daytrade, all of them can be. If one person knows what COIN is it then he/she must be rich by now. You can daytrade all of the coins in an exchange but you don't know when you will take profit because nobody knows the move of each coin. One more, daytrading is very stressful and risky base on my experience so I stopped it and I often hold my coins and I am not selling my coins at a loss.

Keep in mind that day trading is not profitable as it sounds, you may think that in a day you could make a good profit but that does not always happen because the market does not move as you wanted to, besides you need to keep in mind that you have to pay exchanging fees and transaction fees every time you make a trade, so a day worth of trading could just end up lost in transaction, so overall holding is more profitable in the long run, compared to day trading.

I think trading today is good if we have enough knowledge about trading and signals or other wise we will lose our money in trading day. In the futures trading period, bitcoin prices are being manipulated by the whales in the short term. Day trading is advantageous in cryptocurrancy given at volatility level, but not as easy as draining. We need to be quick in making decisions and understand the key graph concepts we see.
