You can contact the exchanges yourself as they all have listing guidelines but you have to be prepared to pay a large listing fee (oftentimes 10+ BTC).

In addition, I would say your chances of getting such an obsure coin listed on KuCoin is possible, but for Bittrex and Kraken your chances are next to none.

Asking someone to send you all of these details because you needed to list on exchange to me showed that you have not done your own due diligence and you are likely to get scammed as the requirement you listed for someone to be qualified to be able to offer you the advise is just very easy to see as you didn't even manage to include the use of escrow as a prerequisite. The ways to get your coin listed are public knowledge that you can find on all of these sites. Except someone have a direct connection to those people operating those sites, I don't see any additional value anyone who do to you than to charge you for visiting the individual exchange sites and do copy and paste for you.

No one would help you out yet those exchangers you had mention specially on bittrex yet the criteria cant really be attained be that easy. It doesnt charge up fees but the criteria wont really be that simple.

For kucoin it can be done thru voting but this method would be a stuggle yet this would require great support or votes which way you would go this can be attained for a short period of time.

I might be able to help you with the process. However if you get listed or not depends on the project's / token's /coin's merit and userbase. Of course, some exchanges do support 'pay to list' features.
