OP to be fair it would be more helpful to ask that question on internet marketing forums but since I have some experience in it, I'll try to answer.
This forum is number 1 in it's niche, so advertisement here means you directly send message to almost all people interested in crypto and blockchain technologies, also you can run signature campaign. For example good signature campaign can bring you great success like Qtum did once, now they are top in coinmarketcup.
Another way is real life advertisement like meetings, invite people and let them know about your project, if something is good, people spread it widely to their friends, then these friends to their friends and etc.

There are lots of ways but even you choose the "best" ones, don't expect that it will bring good results. You must accept that as it's one of the risks. To advertised your project, some ways are:

Putting ads on website platform e.g Youtube
Putting ads on famous crypto sites
Held a seminar and meet-ups. (You are the organizer)
Joined crypto seminar and meet-ups. (You will asked permissions from the coordinator)

Sometimes one of that ways can bring "hype" which is a good stepping stone for your project to be famous. It's really nowadays to compete with others that's why you need more dedication on what you have right now if you are eager to promote your project.

You have several options in your bounty like signature campaign, social media campaigns, telegram campaign. The more platform in your bounty, then the more audience you can reach that may possibly invest in your project.

You can also use a bounty dedicated platform like bountyhive. They already have a reputation of managing the bounties efficiently but you can choose to manage your own bounty here in the forum.

I dont think so, in fact there are many projects raised funds without any bounty campaign. Then, how?
I'm also not sure how they succesfully raised funds without bounty campaign, but I do believe it is because they have link to private investors. It'll be hard to find investors but you can start a partnership with a project which will introduce your project to their investors. You can also ask them to be your seed investor with special price for them. You may also attend any summits to speak in front of investors or crypto community, create some Articles/PRs on well-known crypto websites.
