My friend have big problem with posting on forum, he fulfilled the necessary requirements about the time needed to be spend on forum, but he could not post anything in the newbie section. he gets the :

You are unable to post. How to enable posting. (witch redirects him back to the same page)
An Error Has Occurred!
Error: bitcoind seems to be offline (1)
bitcoind - IS running and is connected to the bitcoin network.
if you could be of any assistance i would appreciate.
