Bitcoin Nero is issued in almost all of the first months which limits the price decline due to excess liquidity.

After that, blocks have strange actions. In specifications, we have 10 sec block found time. But on the pool we have "an hour ago" block found and 13 minutes ago on the network.

Develop hidden mine on the develop's pool by the user's rig's and take all coins? What the heck going here?

There are some error due to blockchain speed block change every 10 seconds and actual pool software not support that kind of speed. We recommend solo mining.
