How is it any better than LocalBitcoins.com? On LocalBitcoins.com, KYC is NOT required to respond to other's ad. But, KYC seems to be mandatory on Loop!

Every other exchange will launch their version of peer to peer platform and claim that this is the best one but I don't think they are going to beat Localbitcoins or localethereums in this area. They (Localbitcoins and ethereums) have already made up their good reputation among people.

For now localbitcoin is best,But in future there will be a better platform then Localbitcoins and Localethereums.I hope loop will gain some reputation if their platform is really good like Localbitcoins.

It is a great platform for people already registered and trading with Koinex.. KYC is required yes, but Localbitcoins also does ask for verification. I did not compare this with any other platform, but Koinex did a good job by launching this as a way to support their customers.

I am not related with loop, I just shared this out of my social service instinct  , so that people looking for place to sell/buy can use this info.

I dunno how these Indian exchanges are launching P2P and ignorant Indian citizens are using it with KYC. This is clear aberration of existing law. It is not a legal loophole. It is illegal. Exchanges and paid media are misinforming gullible Indians for own profit and thereby putting them into future legal trouble.

Here is the RBI statement...

In view of the associated risks, it has been decided that, with immediate effect, entities regulated by RBI shall not deal with or provide services to any individual or business entities dealing with or settling VCs.

Which means, individuals can not use a bank a/c to deal with crypto.

I agree, I tried to trade..sent few requests and one guy just rejected it for no reason, no response nothing..may he didn't like my username lol 
tried to trade again, sent request.. had to wait 20 mins, the traders status shows "active now" or something like that..but no response..
