Its too many ICO and Crowdfunding events nowadays and because of the huge number of startups that running and ICO today. the Market is not enough and already saturated that's why today many of ICO campaigns are failed and not able to raised even soft cap as we all know if the ICO is failed the Bounty Hunters will not get paid and all the effort and hardwork will be wasted! as a Bounty hunter how do you feel about this? don't hesitate to drop your opinion?

I think that worthy projects will always find the audience (among investors and a bounty hunter). This market too young to draw global conclusions.

The concept and purpose of this project is very good. This is the foundation that explains the benefits of this project in the future. I hope the development team can do their best at every opportunity to make this project grow into a great and rewarding project for many people. https://konios.com/

First, the crypto environment will need some 'cleaning' to remove unwholesome practices so that we can identify legitimate ICOs. Then good project can begin to strive.I do not think the market is saturated, just over-crowded with poor projects.

More than 10 projects I joined now became failures. As a bounty hunter, it hurts much. Because we have dedicated our time to promote those projects. But this is the reality and we have to face it. Also sometimes it is our fault as we don't do much research about the project before we join it. But good projects will have a good future.

This market is just the beginning. Not saturated
There are many successful ICOs if their projects are good and have practical applications.
The failed ICOs are ICOs created so that SCAM does not have a minimum product
Bounty hunters can still make a lot of money if they are experienced in choosing ICOs

This is normal. startups in fact it's just a business . in our world, the rule 90 - 10 has been working for a long time and the crypto-currency market is no exception . We need to put more effort into finding good projects .

So many Scam in ICO and investors are scared of losing their money to unrealistic projects with false promises that will end up being a shit project That's why many projects fail to reach soft cap but realistic projects with good use case will always do well and better.

The future of ico to me and altcoins is going to be successful i believe, people are starting to wise up regarding investment and poor decision mistakes are not repeated
and more over, it is difficult for most fake airdrops to survive because, people research before buying.

and i think about 30% of crypto investors have wisened up

Well, it might be so disappointing sometimes when ICO fail and bounty hunters do not get their rewards after all efforts and time invested into promoting such project. Sometimes, some projects fail due to inadequate publicity. I have noticed that some scam projects with adequate publicity still sell almost all the tokens allocated for ICO.

I don't really agree with you, we are in bear market that's why many ICO are not been able to reach their soft cap or hard cap, if we enter into bull run, ICO investing will start to boom once again, the crypto market is just getting started

Today situation with ICO really very heavy. All crypto-market is in weak situation. Therefore ICO is very difficult to show good result. Good projects are all the same now, but they aren't enough. Therefore it is necessary to study in detail ICO projects before investments. Otherwise it is possible to lose the money.

I wonder why we see more and more, while you can still count them with two hands, projects that won’t do ICO’s and distribute their tokens « freely » via airdrop / bounties and the like.
It tends that startup teams focuse more on social networks to get known than have a few big investor and being known to way less people.
It’s just the beginning of the trend, if it ever is a trend, and i’m curious of a possible abandon of the ICO scheme.

I am very sad if ico they fail, I have done the job at the expense of my time, energy and mind, but they do not pay. I hope there is a solution if ico fails by paying at least $10 each participant in exchange for tired money.

There are many ICOs, true.
But there are also a large number of investors. Mostly nobs. Reason why most ICOs sell out a couple of millions, some even without a proper roadmap.

Of course, when a project turns out to be a fraud, it's always a offensively. Because a lot of time for the award is wasted. Perhaps in the future the situation will change for the better, but for now we have to be prepared for the fact that out of 100 projects in which you make a bounty, 90 will become a fraud.

ICO projects are growing fast
One of the most important functions of Ethereum is the ability to create other coding currencies. Called the ICO, companies can sell their own tokens, each with a value corresponding to Ethereum, and allow investors to convert their ethereum into these types of tokens. Ethereum is relatively inexpensive, so launching an ICO becomes a new standard for startups who want to quickly raise cash.
ICO started to grow strongly due to many factors. The first is due accessibility. The lack of regulations and people can easily buy currency coding has made investors willing to deploy this project. The second factor involved speculation, encouraging ICO investors to participate. Speculators and investors find that ICOs are potentially cheap investments. Having an early launch project just to reinforce these, investors rushed into new ICO projects solely for the purpose of selling their tokens to earn huge profits when the rest of the crowd was start investing in it.
It is important to remember that startup companies that launch ICOs do not own anything from investors, except that they will be releasing a token amount as promised. There is no need to sell any stake to raise capital, as investors only expect that the business will keep its promises to create a product or service that will increase its value in the future.
This latent value has helped ICO become a new direction for start-ups, raising capital by ICO to exceed venture capital by 2017. However, despite the advantages of the model ICO, the increasingly stringent regulations for this market for fraudulent Blockbuster startup projects have affected the image of this new industry.
