Is there anyone here who can install the Godex Android app? I am trying to install it on the phone but Play Store said is not available in my country.
I also tried to use VPN and change my IP but it was still not available in my country. I want to know if anyone here is able to install the Godex app and in what country?
I might be able to install the app if I use a supported country through VPN.

I just tried and got the result same as you, although I'm not from a country marked as a prohibited jurisdiction. It seems more like the settings are not set up very well.

If their services are not available in certain countries, there is no point in downloading the application for users of those countries.

Since the platform promotes itself as “anonymous”, there is no point in including a list of banned countries. only limiting to refund if there is a high-risk transactions.

After using a VPN for brazil and yes it works on brazil the download button to install Godex is now available.

eXch uses F-droid for hosting their app, maybe that's an option too.

I think direct download from their website would be the best option since it's just a small file, unless they're afraid of some took advantage of it to slow the website.
If Godex wants to avoid it, they can make a sub-domain like download.godex.io which is separated from the main page where we can download the APK file.

Or focus on API and partnerships to integrate API with wallets, as I believe that the majority prefer apps that perform multiple tasks, especially if you can make the exchange from the website (this is if we ignore privacy reasons)

I don't think it's a google play preventing other countries from access the app I have experienced on uploading own apps where you can add and remove countries that you don't want to see your app.

Godex probably wants it inaccessible to someone else. By checking their app, it works just fine it is way faster to navigate, and you don't need to sign up with an email to monitor your transactions, all transactions are saved on another tab under transaction history.

The only problem is FAQs, and all things under settings except language and notification are not built-in by tapping them will redirect you to the site.

You people are probably losing a lot of potential clients because you don't feature anywhere, yet your service has the potential to rank so high. You had a great campaign here, but in just a few weeks, and you are almost forgotten. Continuous advertising or getting places where to list your service is the way to go. I believe those websites don't even charge you any fee.

It seems Mycelium is capable of adding Godex to their wallet as another option to exchange crypto or swap. The only problem Mycelium only support BTC, Eth and Erc20 tokens and godex support most of the network but I think if mycelium add the other network like optimism then godex is also a good option to exchange or swap crypto.

I just noticed that Godex has been added to the swap offers on the Trezor suite. And it's the only exchange with the rule: "KYC never required. Exceptional cases are automatically refunded.

Most likely your transaction has been marked as high risk, you need to contact support team via support@godex.io or https://godex.io/contact with your order ID and hope your issue is resolved. @Godex_io hasn't logged in for a while.

It means that they do not require customers or users to undergo KYC verification before making an exchange using the service or platform. But e very careful some exchanges hide under the "KYC-Free" tagline, however on reading the terms of service further, you will notice they will still block your funds in your account as ask for KYC verification if you want that money back. I believe Godex is OK.
