I told them that I would pay to ensure the shipment only after receiving the asic. I gave him 3 days to send or 7 days for a full refund. Asking for more funds? Its just a pure lie because if such order would be made legit mining or asic stores would always tie up the shipping price before you do make a complete check out.
Dont sent any amounts because it is just really a pure scam even though theres no strong proof but the way they do act it is already clear. If they scam you? Its hard to make legal actions or for you to chase after them.

Waiting game is on but i would advise dont expect too much because there are lots of scenarios where scam sites promises of refund but ended up on gaining nothing.
