yes it is, Crypto us a great platform and the Europe is place of its birth and grow.Actually its dynamite in here. There is a lots of blockchain project are building here. We will see Europe as recognize capital in future. And the crypto world will handle from here In Europe Waiting for this time as it is so near.
Not sure if Europe is the birthplace of crypto, but it's certainly where the most adopters and users are (and I'm not talking about bleeding ICO projects either) in full embrace. I would say that Western Europe is somewhat of a stickler for regulations, and they'll be wary of not being part of the new financial age, but you've to really credit Central and Eastern Europe for how quickly they've picked the tech up - necessity the mother of invention as usual. I don't know about crypto capitals either. They all still feel too commercial, too corporate. Something more akin to Arnhem in the Netherlands as Bitcoin City is the model I find I like.

France is quickly exploring the blockchain and trying to become the leader of the technology in Europe, like in artificial intelligence also, as I read there is a member of the French government that he strongly support the cryptocurrency, and that he wanted that France be the leading country for block chain and cryptocurrency innovation in Europe. You think that Paris will become the European blockchain capital? Also, it is possible that they can have a cooperation between the crypto companies and the banks in this country?
It seems to me that UK is leading the race with the regulatory attempts and R&D too. I see London to be the main European capital of blockchain, probably even Berlin is further than Paris

I think that this is all very conditional. Claim for the title of bitcoin-capital can be very different cities and different countries. This is Switzerland, and Belarus, and Japan, and Singapore. Each of these countries has many developments in terms of helping bitcoin.

if France wants to work with banks from other countries I think it will be very likely, and I really like it when France does something like supporting blockchain.

For me it is even harder to speculate this than price of coins, we will see in some cominig years which country made crypto 100% legal for their people but now i think that in Europe almost every country is almost at the same level.

This is really great to see France as a Crypto friendly country and is anticipating blockchain technology. It can certainly become the blockchain capital of Europe as they are giving blockchain much importance.

I think it will be great if France adopt it and they will try to improve it as the president has enthusiast about crypto. But it will be interesting to watch if they are able to co-operate between bank and crypto or not.

I think Paris will be the blockchain capital for Europe due to their advancement in cryptocurrency enterprises. Recently , station F has been the foundation for young startups from cryptocurrency background not just in Europe but the whole world.

I've recently heard about this and till now, I haven't been able to be sure about anything. Because what they say, and what they do , aren't really the same, there's always one huge massive difference. And mostly the countries are power and leadership hungry so I'm not sure about the leadership thing as well. Besides, it doesn't even take much time to change their minds, so let's see what happens in the future.

As far as I know, the French state doesn't plan to make bitcoin legal. Therefore, I would not be so sure about the capital...
