it depends on how much time do you want to wait until you can get some profit, it is all upto you like always, but take care of the market, sometimes it can end up surprising you, it is not good at the moment to do not sell

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

As i have observed, after a bounty campaign finishes, the distribution of reward tokens/stakes took place after the completion of all the ICO's crowdsales. And remind you, that took months. Some ICO's even have to wait for their soft cap to be reached before giving us our dues. And in addition to that, we still have to wait for a couple of months more for those tokens to be listed in exchanges.
Why do "we"(bounty participants) have to wait that long to finally enjoy the fruit of our labor? Don't these ICO's have some starting funds to begin with? Or were they totally dependent to incoming investors for funds?

Well it takes a lot of time for everything and we should know that before we participate to a bounty. Expect that to a campaign or ICO that so a bounty that it really take a lot time to reward the bounty hunter and it take a lot of time to collect a fund for a project. So if your impatient about bounty it will end to nothing. In crypto not all is easy.

To be honest, it's not a only a matter of waiting. You have to also look for the right or correct project or crypto to join at. Otherwise it will all be for naught.

It is understandable that ICOs projects are slow to distribute tokens as the market is currently gloomy and that the ETH is continuously falling. But you need to keep an eye on that ICO campaign because if Token ICOs are indexed on exchange floors, the delay in the Token distribution is an advantage.

We don't have a choicw but to wait because we are only workers of bounty projects. At the end of the day, it will still depend on the teams behind every project on when will they take actions such as the distribution of the rewards as well as unlocking the tokens. As participants, we should respect the plans of the team behind the projects because that is the best thing to do to show support in cryptoprojects.

sometimes the wait is worth it, It gives the  development team a chance to work on the projects and tie lose ends all. that when they finally realese it, the coin is of hiugh quality, and one that will attract  good value, you might be impatient but the wait might be worth it in the long run

Depending on the progress of the project. You should pay attention to the roadmap. As a bounty hunter, we have to be patient. Do not protest too much if payment is pending. Be an elegant bounty hunter.

Most projects running their ICO already has a start-up fund but some dont. And one thing they fail to plan for is contingency plan for stuffs like listing. If they are running their ICO, I think they should also include the cost of getting listed on exchanges together with the developmental capital and as well apply for the listing even when their ICO is still ongoing as listing takes time before it gets processsed.

I have the same opinion. Really have to wait too long to receive rewards for your efforts.

In fact, you have to understand that after you have participated in the bounty, you can only wait. When to pay you is a problem for the project side. In the course of this work, we have no ability to ask them, and we can only accept various conditions silently.
I also agree with you that you have to wait for sometime to get reward from the campaign as you have participated but I thing what sometimes slow down the rate of distribution is network or possibly the time take to calculate and decide on the rate at which to distribute the rewards based on the number of allocation and participants.

All these bounty programs take a lot of time to be the rewards to the participants. Normally it takes about 3 to 6 months to get your reward or tokens. This is a very time consuming process. We have to wait patiently to get the rewards at the end of the bounty program.

Because the interests of our bounty hunters are tied to the merchants, if they succeed, we will be rewarded, and if they fail, there is no point in assigning rewards to us (because these coins will have no value)

You should wait as long as it needs. Patience is the key to the large profits here and being patient will help you to avoid wrong choices which could become in the worst decisions.
