Does any pros have any good recommendation on a good miner software for Scrypt using CPU and also GPU too?

There are asics avaible.
It's not worth it.

yes I understand. I am trying out some new coins before i invest in asics. I had tried cgminer 4.10 and abstract to my windows but it does not seems to have any exe file to work.

Looking for solo mining first as there is no pool at the moment

I think you can try ccminer for GPU mining it supports scrypt algo you can check their thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167229.0
But for CPU mining I don't know which software will work.

Decided to end it with zer0 profit.

For scrypt mining you can use the "tpruvot" variation of ccminer:

https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer

However, as already suggested above, chances are you won't earn anything. Your GPUs will be competing with ASICs (even if the coin is brand new) and this is a lost race from the beginning.
You can always mine altcoins that run on the NeoScrypt algo, though.

Way back in the day before scrypt asics I used something called "GUIminer Scrypt"

also to remember that when you use old miner software
run them in old environment
like windows 7 and old cuda drivers
for good performance
