We went 1-1 last night. Here are tonight's picks:
NBA
San Antonio/Phoenix: San Antonio ML
New York/Orlando: New York ML
Utah/Portland: Portland ML

Portland is a heavy favorite in the Utah game, so it's a big sum to risk, but I am comfortable with it. I have only lost one game this season based on the risk analysis that I have used for it. These are, as always, the bets that I am making.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I am not recommending a parlay. Just each on the money line. I never bet parlays. Portland is a heavy favorite on the money, currently -400 which is a lot to bet but they will be very hard to beat at home. |

I am not recommending a parlay. Just each on the money line. I never bet parlays. Portland is a heavy favorite on the money, currently -400 which is a lot to bet but they will be very hard to beat at home. BUT, their big man is out. Personally, I do not like -400 with Aldridge not playing (he has been out a few games, but still). They should be like -250 or so. |

Hey Moneygod, I understand your frustration. The trick is that I look at a lot of data before I make any picks. Bear in mind that it is quite common to get pretty close to game time before a pick is made. This isn't just me, but for anyone that really knows how to bet.

Here are my picks for tonight. You don't need to remind me that we are on the wrong end of a streak right now. Since I started posting on Monday we are at -3.44
It'll pick up, but I don't run from my numbers. BTW next week I will be shifting sports.
On to my picks...
NBA for 2-22
New Orleans/Washington: Wash -270
Memphis/Charlotte: Memphis -144
Dallas/Detroit: Dallas -162

Based on my numbers Brooklyn also has a good chance of upsetting Golden St. tonight, but I think it is a bit too risky. Note that these are moneyline bets. I know that -270 is a bit much to put up for Washington, but they are going to be tough to beat at home.
