BTCTRADE， one of the biggest chinese exchange platform, seems to occur some bugs or get hacked.so far, user can not commit buy order successfuly  and the trade data is locked for a while

IIRC, the biggest Chinese exchange is Huobi.
And before that, it was OKcoin and btcchina...

Just checked the website, and it seems the trade volume there is much lower than Huobi and OKcoin...

BTCtrade is not so trustable because it's using a personal bank account for the deposit and withdrawl.
