Hi,
In the first place I wanted to sell this miner a few days ago but as I couldn't figure out the value of it, this would be the best and fairest way for both parties I tought.
I have tried my best with this auction and as I am new to this forum I hope it's ok.

I  want to sell my Coincraft Desk preorder #34xx for BTC. It has already been paid in November 29th, was paid by Bankwire.

It is a Unit which has 5 Modules á 200 GHs in normal Mode. The whole Device is supposed to mine at 1 TH/s burning ~ 1000 W or 1.5 TH/s in Turbo Mode, burning 1875W. It also has an Eco Mode where it is supposed to mine with 400W at a nominal speed of 750GH/s giving you more GH/s for later periods to still be profitable in terms of Electricity vs GH/s

Specs from their Website:

Quote
Control unit based on Raspberry Pi board with ARM11 700MHz CPU, 512 MB RAM and 8GB flash storage.
Custom Linux operating system with Web based interface for easy configuration without any command line skills needed.
    Front display with 16×2 characters.
Proprietary PowerTune technology allows for both low power and high performance operation.
From 1 to 5 modules of 200 GH/s each (nominal).
    Hashing speed in power-save mode of 150 / 300 / 450 / 600 / 750 GH/s.
    Hashing speed in turbo mode up to 300 / 600 / 900 / 1200 / 1500 GH/s.
    Total maximum power usage in power-save mode of 80 / 160 / 240 / 320 / 400 W.
    Total maximum power usage in turbo mode: 375 / 750 / 1125 / 1500 / 1875 W.
Uses a standard ATX power supply (included).

Quite frankly the reason I want to sell it is that it was supposed to come two weeks ago since it was February Week 1 Batch#2 (03.02.2014)delivery. The Device still has not come yet and my plan was to mine for a few weeks, and then sell it because electricity in Germany is quite expensive (I am paying about 0,3€ per KWH because all the environmental stuff going on with renewable energy and everything). Additionally I have to pay 19% German VAT when the device arrives as I found out.

Also I don't know when they will exactly ship as they are not saying anything specific and I am honest with you guys here. (They say at the End of March)

Nevertheless Bitmine is giving 10% additional Hashing Power for every 10 Days they are late. More Hashing Power means more expensive electricity consumption for me which will cut my profit even more, even that it kind of compensates the difficulty raise a bit.

The ordered Unit has 1000 Gh (5 Hashing Cards)

For you this means if the miner will come  later then 23rd of February you will get an additional Coincraft Desk with one Hashing Card of 200GH (they can't deliver half hashing cards, so they have to round it up, that's what they said)

Quote
1) Shipment can be late up to a maximum of 10 days from the agreed shipment date.

2) For each subsequent 10 days of late shipping, we will add for free 10% more hashing power to your order as penalty.

3) After the 61st day of late shipment, you have the right to request a full refund and we will pay you an additional penalty of 10% of the initial order amount.

Q: How can you accomplish this if each hashing unit adds let’s say 200 GH/s and I was supposed to receive only an additional 40 GH/s?

A: We will upgrade your order to the next available hashing power step regardless of the fact that you may receive more hashing power, this is free for you and part of our customer service plans, so you may well be lucky and receive more than what you were expected to receive!

Q: How can you upgrade my hashing speed if my purchased unit is already full populated with hashing modules?

A: You will receive an additional unit FOR FREE with at least the hashing power upgrade you were entitled to. Due to some logistics constraints, your additional unit will not necessarily be shipped together with your original order.

I have Screenshots of Order Email,Bankwire Transfer, Invoice and Webinterface of Bitmine Account, censored of course.

note: first intention was to pick it up locally, since i live 80km of the Swiss Border, later found out that in this case Swiss VAT also needs to be paid, therefor  changed from pickup to Intl. shipping

Selling Process would be like this: You send me BTC and I change the Account Details ( Email, Password, Shipping Address, Billing Address) or you send it to an Escrow and the Escrow changes Account Details, then sends me the BTC. I won't pay Escrow fees.

Happy Bidding

Guys, it wont be going out for 5.6 BTC, I at least want 9 BTC for it. And that's the money I've spent ( a little less but that's ok for me)
I just demand a refund if no one is paying the Price. Bitmine had 500 000 CHF in Share Capital and increased to 1 000 000 CHF a few Weeks ago.  (Swiss Company Register or "Schweizer Handelsregister"  http://ti.powernet.ch/webservices/inet/HRG/HRG.asmx/getHRGHTML?chnr=5013017896&amt=501&toBeModified=0&validOnly=0&lang=1&sort=0 )

6.4 BTC, That's 1500 € going down the drain for me.

It's not that hard for me because of swiss law to get the money back, it will be a bit of a hassle but it's still easier then anywhere else. I'm willing to take that hustle if that means i wont lose 1500€

You should take into consideration that this is not a russian or chinese firm or something, they have One Million Swiss Francs backing and you can see that publicly in the "Handelsregister"  I posted above (from the Government) .there's an english site for it too http://www.shabex.ch/en/co/per/kg/bitmine_ag_CH-501.3.017.896-7.htm (not from the government). You can see all the information there.
