What kind of scammmers?
I can find in the bounty tables addresses of the fraudster's purses, which uses bots (puts links to other people's profiles and his wallet). And I can find those who copy other people's works (articles and videos) and expose them for their own.
Or do you mean those who use multi-accounts?
